Spanish 2 R Objective: Students will be able to ask for and give directions in Spanish from maps discussed in class.

Monday: Go over words on Vocab 2-1 and 2-2; Go through Map A as a class, then split into partners to practice Map A

Tuesday: Begin class with Warm-up 2-6; Split into partners to go back over Map A; Move to Map B; Create Test 2-2 Task list

Wednesday: Begin class with Warm-up 2-7; Partners to review Map A and B; Go over map C as a class; Add to task list

Thursday: Begin class with Warm-up 2-8; Partners to review Map A, B & C; Go over map D as a class; Add to task list

Friday: Begin class with Warm-up 2-9; Partners to review Map A, B, C & D; Go over map E as a class; Add to task list

Spanish 2H Objective: Students will be able to write about and discuss cultural significance of Day of the Dead in the target language.  Students will be able to discuss significant actions in chapters 1 & 2 of Tumba in the target language.

Monday: Review vocab relating to Day of the Dead; Partner work to prepare for interpersonal group discussion

Tuesday: Warm-Up 2-6; group meeting with me to discuss readiness for interpersonal group discussion assessment on topics relating to Day of the Dead and Chapters 1 & 2 of Tumba.

Wednesday: Warm-up 2-7; Group interpersonal assessment

Thursday: Vocab 2-2; Warm-up 2-8; Read and discuss Chapter 3 of Tumba

Friday: Warm-up 2-9; Questions on Chapter 3 of Tumba, Group work to prepare for interpersonal assessment #2
